Newark dipped below 400 for a while yesterday. I also noticed this morning that some lower level seats finally dropped below the $200 per ticket line. The market at Newark is starting to show signs of panic. Lol!

Ok - I'm excited about this one. Ohio is my "second state"; went to college there, my oldest son was born there, and we have 2 Ohio U (the original "O-H-I-O") grads. Looks like some peeps were looking to make an investment and cash in. This week will tell if they succeed or fail.

Eagle - agreed. As much as I have "spoiled" this month, I haven't watched most of the show like Xanadu, prelude, Cygnus, the encore. Wanted to leave as much virgin territory as my curiosity would allow.

The prices have come down a little but the availability almost quadrupled. Interesting. One if the reasons why I'm doing this is to look for tends like what is going in with Tier 100 seats. The more data I look at, the better educated I can maybe be one about the process. For example, a prevailing theory is that the closer you get to show time, the cheaper the prices become. It's a logical theory. However, the Tier 300 seats are defying that theory. The price has actually gone UP in the last 18 hours. I guess because the supply dropped considerably. On the flip side, Tier 100's supply increased so the prices have dropped. I find this all very interesting. It not only speaks about the Law of Supply & Demand, but a little toward human nature as well....

Imagine if they would have began with the Necromancer! Or gone into Fly By Night after LSP. I would think that if they had come into the encore playing Necromancer: Return of the Prince, that the crowrd would lose it. Besides its an easy jam but a fun one.
