  1. Great story. Thanks for sharing the memories.
  2. I put it behind MP,PeW,AFTK, and HEMI so it's 5.
  3. Take A Friend Rivendell I Think I'm Going Bald Lessons Madrigal Circumstances Different Strings The Camera Eye Losing It Red Lenses Mystic Rhythms Tai Shan Superconductor Neurotica The Speed of Love Virtuality How It Is Bravest Face BU2B2 Power Windows was the hardest one for me to pick.

Today, their just a bland sauce... Kiss Hotter Than Hell Dressed to Kill Alive Destroyer Rock n Roll Over Love Gun That's all you need from Kiss. You could probably throw Alive II in there. yes, agree....missed that one Yes and possibly creatures, but that would be pushing it. ...and Revenge
  5. I remember seeing that on VH1 when it first came out. I was ecstatic! Great video, it really puts a smile on my face.
  6. Thanks for these great reviews, they put me In The Mood to listen to those albums for the first time in a while.
  7. QUOTE (ReGorLaTroy @ Feb 7 2012, 05:28 PM) Did you ever hang with an old friend that you hadn't seen in years and it was like no time had passed at all? You just picked up where you left off... ...that is the new Van Halen record to me. I'm into my third spin and really enjoying it. http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-WWIc_FxkbII/Tvt9Jhidt1I/AAAAAAAAVlg/8eZFjrAa6io/s1600/Van%2BHalen%2B2012%2Bphoto.JPG Couldn't agree more. I don't think I've ever been so happy about an album release in my life. Rush is probably my favorite band, but Van Halen was my FIRST favorite band. In fact, the first band I ever got into. Today is like a dream come true. "Hailing from Pasadena, California. Ladies and gentlemen, the MIGHTY VAN HALEN!!!!!!"
  8. It's up there with Fair Warning and Women and Children First

    PoW vs CP

Power Windows by a hair. They are both top 10 albums to me.
  10. Ghost Rider Resist Everyday Glory One Little Victory
  11. I think it's good as a 70s rock live album. ESL is funny because I think of it more as a best of album as opposed to a live one.
  12. I care, that's why I asked. I find it very interesting to hear from any artist, what they think is their most definitive work. Also, it's very interesting to know that if Neil looked at it from a fan's perspective, Power Windows and Hold Your Fire would be his favorites. I also always thought it was weird that the band seemed to be very proud of Roll The Bones when a majority of the fans (at least the online fans) don't care much for it. However the voice of the online community can differ from the opinion of the fanbase as a whole. I always see people with Roll The Bones shirts at Rush concerts.
  13. Once again, you'd think they would play more TFE songs, but they probably only loved it when it was new. The same with every new release.
  14. So if Geddy and Neil think so highly of Power Windows why do they not play more Of it? Maybe Alex doesn't like it so much. I mean one song per almost every tour isn't really a lot compared to what they play from MP, PeW, or even RTB
  15. Are there any interviews or videos out there, where the guys in the band actually state what they think are their best albums? I've read/heard them speak proudly of 2112, Moving Pictures, Roll the Bones, and Snakes & Arrows. Anyone out there know of anything else, or know anything definitive, other than stuff from Beyond the Lighted Stage?
