I voted neutrally, but now that I think about it I'd have to go '70s. You really can't compete with Working Man, By-Tor and the Snowdog, 2112, Xanadu, Cygnus X-1, and La Villa Strangiato. You just can't. I will point out that my three least favorite songs are from this decade (The Necromancer's Fountain of Hemispheres), but Permanent Waves more than makes up for it.
