Need help with basic chords for Garden

I am a guitarist/singer and I want to be able to do The Garden in a live setting (which is only my family). However, I'm not that good of a guitarist, only knowing A, Am, C, D, Dm, E, Em, F and G. Can anyone help me with making the bass riff sound good on a guitar (acoustic by the way) and a basic chord chart for the song? Any help is very, very much appreciated as it is one of my most requested songs (especially since Bravado and Closer to the Heart work quite well)

The verse chords are F, Cm11 (Could be thought of as F7 sus4), Bb sus2. Will post more when I have time. Look on youtube for covers and see if you can pick it out too.

Yep that's them except,

it's this chord at least as Alex plays it.

It's really easy to play. F bar chord, Move your pinky to the Bb on the G string 3rd fret and that is your Cm11, Move your ring finger to F on the D string 3rd fret and that's your Bbsus2, then back to the F bar chord. Just keep your middle finger where it is on the A throughout the progression so you get that nice transition back to the F chord.
