The mysterious voice at 3:50 on Alien Shore sounds to me like the one that makes a similarly fleeting appearance at the 8:54 mark on The Camera Eye.

 

Anyone?

The voice on Camera Eye sounds English- Broon, I presume. The voice on Alien Shore doesn't sound English to me, though.

 

That's a hell of an ear ya got there, Bluefunk. Yeah, I think I remember hearing that it was Broon in that documentary on the making of MP. I guess the voice on Alien Shore reminds of it as far as the low muffled quality goes.

 

But upon listening again in headphones today, I notice the "voice" appears first briefly at 3:40 and especially 3:43 during Lerxt's solo. It's really cool, almost like a vox effect on one of the instruments.
