Spock's Beard - Brief Nocturnes and Dreamless Sleep

I couldn't find the old SB thread where I posted about this album so I decided to make a new thread for it. I don't think there were any responses on that thread, so hopefully some people are interested in this album this time.

 

Spock's Beard's new album Brief Nocturnes and Dreamless Sleep was released digitally today (will be released physically in a couple of weeks). The limited edition version with bonus tracks is available to download on Bandcamp for $10, and it can be streamed for free!

I got a download code in my email this afternoon for pre-funding the album a couple of months ago, and I've given it 2 listens so far. Ted Leonard does a great job on vocals and Jimmy Keegan fits in well, which is not a surprise since he's been playing live with the band for a decade. My 2 immediate favorites are Something Very Strange and Submerged (a new version of a Ted Leonard solo song) but the whole album is great.

 

The band's touring Europe this spring -- hopefully they'll play a few US dates.
