Digitallware
their pretty clear about the "no taping and no cameras" on the ticket. Its a new venue and while I got through pretty easy last year at MSG I have no idea what would happen if I brought my recorder to Barclays...anyone else going to this show and bringing a recorder/camera? Barry
In Newark last night they had signs up about no recording and no "professional " cameras. My 13 year old son was using his iPod touch to video some of the songs and an usher came buy once and asked him to stop. She never came back to check on him after that. I took a ton of pictures with my point and shoot camera and no one seemed to care. So many people with phones taking pictures and videos all night. I will have my point and shoot camera with me in Brooklyn tomorrow night too, don't expect any issues.
Digitallware
audio recorders are a different story...I guess I'm wondering how thorough of a search will they conduct at bag check. I also have a point and shoot, and the recorders I have are discreet, that is small. Edited October 21, 2012 by Digitallware
Astroboy2112
im hoping to film about 8-9 songs tomorrow, all tix always say no cameras or recorders and people film anyway. The most an usher will do is tell you to stop, maybe if you keep filming after being told to stop a numerous times they will kick u out but dont expect to get ur camera confiscated or get thrown out for filming with a point and shoot. Jaminbenb
When we walked in at the Wells Fargo Center in Philly, I didn't get patted down, so I could have snuck a freaking reel to reel in strapped to my back with a poncho over top.... I'd just check out the gates discreetly beforehand, and see who's really checking and who isn't "oh....that's not a microphone in my pocket, I'm just happy to see you!" conan1982
I didn't see their warnings, brought my gear in and recorded the last three songs of set one and the entire second set. Being late sucks. Peace, Jeff
