Anyone else into this band? Got their album Possession on vinyl and it's cool as shit. Old school NWOBHM style with a female singer and ripping solos, check 'em out:

All Abandon

Conviction

Black to Gold

Haunted Hunted

I listened to this band but they just weren't doing it for me...

How about these two:

Argus:

Thanks for both of the posts!! More time spent on youtube looking at bands I was not familiar with.

Like Christian Mistress. When I dug a bit I found some live video of them and they sounded about 72,5% Iron Maiden, 22.5% Judas Priest and about 5% "other". Since I like 80's hard rock and metal (inc. both of the above) I was smile.gif big time. The stuff you posted had, to me, a slightly different sound, sort of like they are evolving into less of a "cover" band and into something different. Into more their own sound. Liked it though.

Argus I also liked. The more I dug around on Youtube I found some of their music which reminded me a little of Black Sabbath. Good stuff.

Pallbearer? Well 2 out of 3 ain't bad. Honestly I could have gone to sleep listening to them. They just did not do it for me.

Still, some really good stuff. Now, back to listening to my classical music from the Renaissance (now that an extreme twist in musical directions).

Argus I know. They rule. I thought that Pallbearer cover looked familiar, but the music isn't. Anyway, I dig that too. Thanks METALDUCK. trink39.gif

Also, if anyone wants to hear more Christian Mistress that isn't on Youtube, you can listen to the whole album here:

There is Nowhere is the jammmmm. Second half is like a more raw version of old Maiden. wub.gif
