racefaceec90 Posted January 13, 2012 Share Posted January 13, 2012 i just got a lovely new mustang 1 amp yesterday (my first amp in over a year/it's fantastic :-) the problem is though,that i am just confused about all the amp/effect options that i have (especially with fuse software am just at a loss at the moment as to what to choose to play the track with? i have the footswitch also,but would very much appreciate any advice/recommendations as to what amp model/effect to go for? thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
jdouglas Posted January 15, 2012 Share Posted January 15, 2012 In general you want overdrive and modulation. He specifically has a Chorus run into an EM flanger for that sweeping sound. With that amp I would try the 70s or 80s British amp with either the flanger or phaser set pretty high in the mix...add some slight delay and reverb for color....overdrive gain too. Good luck.
