summer_sky
I love Julia Child. For years, I watched her show on American PBS TV. I learned so much about cooking, cuisines, foods and kitchenwares and lore from Julia Child. She was an incredibly accomplished chef and had a very distinctive way of presenting delicious simple-yet-elegant to the most complicated-yet-achievable dishes while teaching haute-cuisine technique and practical skills. Julia Child also had a lovely sense of humour about life and herself. I miss Julia Child. How to make an omelette... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LWmvfUKwBrg bon appetite! My throat hurts when I'd listen to her but her life was fascinating.
