doubled_mystic
to make a mint julip, you'll need.... 4 mint sprigs 1 tsp simple syrup 2 tsp water 2.5 oz bourbon muddle mint sprigs, simple syrup, and water in glass you intend to drink from. fill glass with crushed ice, add bourbon. top off with a little more ice, garnish with mint sprig. I'd recommend a bourbon along the lines of Woodford Reserve, or similar small-batch bourbons. Hope that helps, and happy drinking
