circumstantial tree
Well, last night and the night before I watched my copy of "The Golden Age", which is a sequel to "Elizabeth" with Cate Blanchet as Queen Elizabeth. Love the movie!
Rushian King
The Testament Of Dr. Mabuse -- http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0023563/ Fritz Lang's second last movie before going to Hollywood. A loose sequel to his silent epic Dr. Mabuse, The Gambler. Actually pretty similar to the crime films Hollywood was making at the same time and he continued in the crime/noir vein after crossing the Atlantic. Good film, not as dry as the first (no need to see the first to understand the second). The German Expressionism was toned down in the sequel, but there is one stunning Expressionist scene, like a living painting. 7/
