The best way to get it to a member would be through mail - certainly not an issue if he/she resides in the US. If a member who might want it lives outside the US (definitely plausible), something most likely could be figured out have you ever been tested on RUSH? Everything was done in humor actually with no severe punishment - no take home exams, though.
