I will make this short you guys.

I just watched "Lucky # Slevin" tonight.

My father watched it before me tonight.

I got a phone call from him as the dvd was spinning in my player.

He called me to tell me that he loved the movie.

I thanked him and told him that Wendy and I were about ready to watch it.

Timing is everything.

This movie may be a bit slow but it is pure genius.

Bruce Willis is AWESOME!!

Watch out for the "Pulp Fiction" watch!!! rofl3.gif

Homage is a good thing and this is a great movie.

I know you will love it!!

Rent it or buy it!!

By the way!!

Be careful if you rent from BLOCKBUSTER!!

I learned that they still edit their own movies!!!!!

I remember when they did it to VHS but they also do it to dvds!

Get this movie, it's AMAZING!!!

Sincerely,

Samuel L. Jackson

Thanks for the recommendation.

Perhaps I'll rent it and give it a watch.

A lot like Pulp Fiction, and with a PF homage, eh?

That's interesting.

Hmmm.

Makes you think.

By the way:

How much longer do you think I can keep up this posting style -

with its short sentences, all getting their own paragraph style?

Kinda silly, isn't it?

Thank you.

Good night.

I'm not gonna pay a lot for this muffler.

Where's the beef?

How much wood could a woodchuck chuck, if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

Fuzzy-Wuzzy was a bear; Fuzzy-Wuzzy had no hair.

I don't have any hair either; I'm kinda like Fuzzy-Wuzzy.

There are big delays on I-787 southbound, with a multi-car fatal accident near Exit 4, tying-up all three lanes.

I know that because I do traffic reports on the radio for a living.

The smile has left your eyes.

Well, she's a very kinky girl; the kind you don't bring home to mother.

If a tree falls in the forest and there's nobody there to hear it, does it make a sound?

What is the sound of one hand clapping?

I was alone, I took a ride, I didn't know what I would find there.

We come from the land of the ice and snow... hammer of the gods will drive our ships to new lands.

If that strange situation on my feet is diagnosed as "athlete's foot," it'll be the only part of me that's an athlete.

Tired; go sleepy now.

Couldn't stand this one. I think it was because it wanted to feel Tarantino-esque. It ended up on its face. I really did not enjoy this movie, and that doesn't happen often.

Yeah I understand your point. No one can touch the master.

I looked at it more as a homage to Tarantino and I thought Willis did a pretty good job.

Christopher Walken's little watch story in "Pulp" is classic!

I thought the "watch" symbolism in "Slevin" was simply paying homage to that "Pulp Fiction" scene. Not as a blatant rip off!

Also having the "Kill Bill" connection with Lucy Liu was pretty cool. Oh well.

Different strokes.

Oh yeah by the way, Samuel L Jackson got screwed by the Oscars that year for "Best Supporting Actor" when "Pulp Fiction" only won "Best Screenplay." What a bunch of shit!

Sincerely,

Ed Wood
