Show Don't Tell
Man, that sucks... I love listening to the Rockline shows with Rush. BC was a great host — very professional and genuine. He knew about the bands, and asked interesting questions. Geez, 2016. I feel like we're just trying to drag ourselves to Jan. 1...
EagleMoon
All of these people we've known growing up dying this year makes me understand a little better what our parents and grandparents have gone through with losing people they love and familiar things disappearing.
Mystic Slipperman
Last Friday, 95.5 KLOS had a ROCKLINE REPLAY day...all day they played clips from past shows, with interviews/phone calls/etc. I happened to be listening at the right time... they replayed a segment of the Neil Peart 1991 show. It was great!!!!

ytserush
Last Friday, 95.5 KLOS had a ROCKLINE REPLAY day...all day they played clips from past shows, with interviews/phone calls/etc. I happened to be listening at the right time... they replayed a segment of the Neil Peart 1991 show. It was great!!!! I think that was the only time he was ever on Rockline. "A rainy night in Philadelphia...." Actually that may not be entirely true, I think Neil called in for Burning For Buddy when Rockline was doing a drummers special. But 1991 was the rare time that he answered listener questions live via satellite. That intro music became iconic as the years passed too. Here are a few quick faves...(First one predates Bob.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JupwyLDZzf0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ZjZyiN9eSk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4grG543gYao
