  1. Wow, thanks!! Ryan Howard: "You should have put him in custardy" Michael Scott: "Whoa... way to go new guy!" http://www.fugly.com/media/IMAGES/Funny/duct_tape_kid_to_wall.jpg
  2. Apologize for the testosterone appearance in this forum, but I was just at 2 weddings with my wife in the past 2 weeks and would have LOVED for it to be a Rush theme. Let me know if we can crash it, and it's in the Milwaukee/Chicago area One of the weddings we attended, I thought I was at a mohawk convention. At least a dozen kids (3 being from the Bride and Groom) were sporting mohawks.....

QUOTE (Itty12 @ Aug 5 2010, 02:58 PM) Until our final breath The joy and pain that we receive Must be what we deserve I was brought up to believe Last time this was played live was on the presto tour: IAPWIAB TGFATL TWITSOTDS ATBB TPWTBT MTTBF Great tune. Imagine a place where it all began They Gathered from across the land To work in the secrecy of the desert sand All of the brightest boys To play with the biggest toys More than they bargained for Just liked the pattern of letters here.... 6. Awesome pics - shouldn't this be in the tour area though as to not spoil it for those who haven't gone??
  7. QUOTE (Mara @ Aug 5 2010, 08:05 AM) Lower back pain, have no idea why? Right at the sacrum. It's not awful - I haven't even taken anything for it yet, but I can't figure out why it's there. If I'm standing, it's fine. You have any pain going down your leg?
  8. The perfect accessory when you're so ugly that people can't tell your ass from your face.
  9. QUOTE (Rush Cocky @ Aug 4 2010, 02:52 PM) QUOTE (Lost In Xanadu @ Aug 4 2010, 03:44 PM) Cocky - just noticed the SC flare you got... I'm a Clemson grad hope that doesn't piss you off too We beat you like a rented mule on the gridiron and swept you out of Omaha for the 2nd time this decade. Clemson is the least of my worries at the moment. LOL, very true. That wasn't the case when I was in school

  11. First off, I love this thread Pissing me off today... 2 things. 1. Some idiot on the freeway got pissed at me for letting him merge. I left room for him to merge, but for some reason he still got mad at me. Maybe he wanted 3 or 4 car lengths of room? I dunno. 2. The guy sitting across from me at work chewing ice all day with his mouth open. It sounds like a farm animal making a slushee.
  12. QUOTE (mong82191 @ Jul 26 2010, 11:58 AM) What no one likes Marathon or Territories here????? Territories is my favorite off this album, I also like Manhattan Project a lot. Make , not war!
  13. QUOTE (LeaveMyThingAlone @ Jul 27 2010, 01:14 PM) This one, in my opinion, is absolutely no contest. Book 1 is good, but a bit overrated in comparison to some of the other epic Rush stuff during this time. Too many slow parts, weird effects, etc Book II Hemispheres is 20 minutes of pure progressive magic that just comes at you non-stop. Brilliant musicianship from Second 1.... Totally agree!
  14. Have fun, I saw them there a few times... used to be Nissan Pavillion, correct? I've since moved outta the DC area. I like the venue, much better acoustics than the Marcus Ampitheater in Milwaukee.
  15. QUOTE (Xanadu93 @ Jul 2 2010, 08:19 PM) QUOTE (Xanadu93 @ Apr 24 2010, 12:21 PM)Just bought tickets to see Paramore, Tegan and Sara, New Found Glory, and Kadawatha in Raleigh, North Carolina on the Honda Civic Tour. This is my second opening night concert this year. I know no one cares, but I've wanted to see them ever since I listened to their new record, and I'm finally getting the chance to. Can't wait. Scratch that show. My parents said that because money's tight, I'm not gonna be able to go. Before I went to StubHub I asked on Facebook if anyone was interested in buying these tickets, and I got a response from a friend so I'll be getting money for the tickets. Personally, I'd rather go to the show than have money but oh well. Originally, the family reunion was up in Virginia and was the Saturday and Sunday after this show so it worked perfectly, but it got moved a week later so it didn't flow - going up to Raleigh for a show, staying for the night and driving back only to drive back up to Virginia a week later would end up costing too much money. I hope the guy who's (probably) gonna buy these tickets has fun, I was really excited to see this show. We're going to that show in Milwaukee in a couple weeks. Not a HUGE fan of Paramore, but my wife and daughter are. Some of Paramore's stuff is kinda catchy, and I dunno why, but musically it just doesn't seem to click for me on many of the songs.
