  1. QUOTE (laughedatbytime @ Oct 15 2011, 06:38 PM) Bieber charted at age 15.
  2. If it's in pre-production, when will it enter production. LET ME KNOW
  3. Take out Stick it Out and put in Cut to the Chase instead. Great tour regardless!!
  4. yikes at that last one there enviro. even if it was a crappy band I was seeing Id never leave!! perhaps its just because i'm a musician... (i play drums)
  5. QUOTE (wannabe @ Apr 20 2011, 07:12 PM) A agree the boys played amazing last night. Basically flawless IMHO. This is the 3rd time seeing them this tour and I have one more time in Austin, Texas in June. I have seen them every tour since Grace Under Pressure. Alex was shredding, Geddy was on fire and Neil (I thought) looked strong. The sound was spectacular where I was sitting. The best thing for me was taking my 9 year old son to his first concert. He loved it and watched intently. He was pissed off at all the people getting up from their seats over and over disurpting the show for everyone else. I don't know about others here on this forum but HOLY CRAP sit the f**k down, forget the beer, hold your piss and pay F**king attention to the greatest musicians of our time. Get beer and piss at intermission and when the master of the drums is showcasing his talent pay him the respect he deserves by watching and listening. Sorry for the rant but come on...we are not at a baseball or football game!!! This is RUSH! Totally agree. This was my first Rush show (im only 16 but they are my fav band for sure) and I hate it when people either dont stand up or dont sit down at concerts. I mean, preferably everyone should stand up and rock out, but if your sitting and really paying attention then people shouldnt be getting up and going and getting beer. I gave this one guy who left for the drum solo a big glare. Its one of the best parts of the show man!!!
  6. QUOTE (Party Poison @ Nov 10 2010, 12:09 AM) If you're the singer in a band, you use your nose to move the microphone rather than your hands or anything else. Does he do that on the GUP dvd? Youtube link please I live in Toronto so anytime I go flying I get YYZ on the bags .
  7. QUOTE (ChiliFan @ Sep 13 2010, 04:52 AM) I think it's not so much his voice going, as his voice becoming less reliable. He can still hit the notes perfectly on a good day, but he has more off-days than in the past. Doesn't make him any less enjoyable to listen to though! That's a better way of putting it. I mean the man can still sing freewill. That's gotta count for something. And look where Ozzy and Daltrey are !!!
  8. QUOTE (snowdog2112 @ Oct 15 2010, 04:37 PM) Yeah, I'm always surprised when people think those Hemispheres videos were from a live concert. I mean, isn't it obvious they were by themselves? At least they are actually playing in those, I've also actually seen people ask for the rest of the "concert" that the AFTK videos are from. Just amazing. Well thinking there was more from 1978 was an honest mistake, because I thought perhaps they played more . Heck, it's still awesome footage! It would be cool if we could get it in stereo, too. I honestly done see how anyone could think the AFTK videos were actually live. It just TOO obvious that it's a lipsync, but I guess people are more gullible (or ignorant) than I thought they were! I somehow missed that footage or whatever it is from 1977 you guys are talking about . What part of the movie is it from?
  9. Wow that first pic of neil there is powerful. Yes lets make a petition
  10. Yeah, it's all pretty crazy! Rush should definitely do an archives video release, including some stuff like the video of the concert with them in 1978 (see this for just one song from it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4dXFCckOLxQ), the whole pinkpop 1979 performance (hopefully the whole thing was taped, not just la villa), and more video that we probably don't even know about like songs that were cut from Exit stage left and Rush Replay ETC. That footage with rutsey is priceless. It is just so awesome to see the guys having fun like that. Anyways, rush DOES give us a lot more than other bands, like heck we have like 5 different official concert videos available from them, other bands only have one or two! But I'll always take another release! Neil most likely has the stuff from JR Flood in his basement rotting away .
  11. After watching the Rush Doc., and seeing the home video footage of rush's pre-Rush band with neil playing, I wondered where I could listen to some tracks by JR Flood. Are there any floating around?
