  1. QUOTE (Your_Lion @ Oct 2 2010, 06:04 AM) talking of Judges... Is this strictly releveant? Quizzed learned lovely, Justice Maltravers. Seventy-eight-year-old Justice hails from Esther, and he's been making a big name for himself at the recent Assizes at Exeter. All will be revealed soon m'lud, quipped tall forty-two-year-old Nelson Bedowes. Cutie QC Nelson's keen on negligence and grievous bodily harm at Gray's Inn. And with cases like he's won we bet Gray's in when Nelson's around. It's only a bleeding parking offence.
  2. QUOTE (Your_Lion @ Oct 2 2010, 06:09 AM) QUOTE (blackhawkrush @ Oct 2 2010, 03:13 AM) At last, I own "Creature from the Pit." Tom Baker is not doing the commentary, but Lalla Ward is. We can expect some cheap shots at Tom. I think they should trick them both into doing a commentary together...that should be fun That would be pay-per-view only.

  6. Kelli, how about the "Archeology Today" tonight fight? The "19 foot 4 damn you!" version. My name's Robert, btw. Thanks in advance.
  7. QUOTE (Hemispheres89 @ Sep 29 2010, 10:10 PM) QUOTE (presto123 @ Sep 29 2010, 11:53 AM) You may want to skip Case 39 and go see Let Me In. 20% for Case 39 on RT versus 95% for Let Me In. I saw The Town as well and I really enjoyed it even though I'm not a big Ben Affleck fan. hmm, really eh? I saw the preview for "Let Me In" when I went to go see Devil, and it seemed pretty scary. I was planning on seeing both Case 39 and LMi, but judging by those statistics, I may just pass on Case 39. Maybe it was a deception to my eyes in the trailer, but I thought it looked PRETTY scary. People are saying this isn't so though. Ben Affleck has always been a terrible actor, in my opinion. He's just like a normal person in most movies, but that's the problem.. there's no acting niche of any kind that comes off as genuine with him. Part of the reason why I was turned off by The Town, but didn't admit it until now when you spoke up about Ben Affleck so I didn't feel alone. lol We need another action movie to be taken over by the badassery of Steven Segal. "You see this face!? This is a happy face!" YA!!!!!! Is "Let Me In" a remake of that Swedish movie "Let the Right One In?"

Never cared for "Dark Man" dude, but maybe an updated sequel would be a good thing. That's one of my favorite movies of all time. Go to that store again and tell them to play it for you. Is it on Blu? I don't know but I would hope so. It is, after all, a Raimi.
  10. I can't believe I waited this long to request that. KW, you're the best.
  11. QUOTE (Hemispheres89 @ Sep 28 2010, 09:55 PM) QUOTE (presto123 @ Sep 24 2010, 04:39 AM) Are you going to go see The Town? It's getting rave reviews from everybody. I saw the trailer for "The Town", and I gotta be honest.. I'm not overly impressed/thrilled with it. It seems like a typical action flick ( a genre I don't particularly care for). I may go see it one night if I'm bored, but until then, I'm gonna save my money and keep a close eye on the upcoming horror/thriller movies planned for the fall/winter. I'm already planning to go see "Case 39" next week. That one calls out my name.. ahah You're wrong about "The Town." There's some action but it really plays like a drama. It's not "Machete" that's for sure.

  13. QUOTE (Your_Lion @ Sep 28 2010, 09:10 AM) QUOTE (blackhawkrush @ Sep 28 2010, 01:32 AM) Oh,oh,oh. I almost forgot, KW. Scott of the Sahara fighting the lion? That should bring Your Lion out of hiding. Yeah, that'll be a good one... But don't forget Ensign Oates' frank adult death struggle with the spine-chilling giant electric penguin that's twenty feet high, with long green tentacles that sting people, and the blood goes spurting *psssssshhhh* in slow motion. And don't leave out Miss Evans being pursued by the man-eating roll-top writing desk. Whew! Bet that's a job and a half, maam.

  18. QUOTE (RUSHHEAD666 @ Sep 27 2010, 03:11 PM) QUOTE (blackhawkrush @ Sep 27 2010, 04:14 AM) I can't stand Wilson but that movie was very good. That was quite a dramatic role for a goofball. If anyone needs a nose job it's him. I hate his stiff lips too.
  19. Something tells me they did that in one take. "Because Drake was too clever for the German fleet." Thank you, KW.
