I think we will probably go with the ticketmaster platinum option this time. I don't need the cheesy swag again. It is still cheaper than scalpers, plus the band gets their fair cut. When do the platinum seats go on sale through TM? Same time as public sale, pre-sale, or when? Thanks in advance.

I just heard on the radio here in Austin (KLBJ), that according to Geddy: A Clockwork Angels recording is complete and is now in post-production. It is to be released in early spring of 2012 along with a supporting tour!

Thank you for the quick responses. I received the email with my redemption codes this past Saturday. I had six total (My daughter + boyfriend, a co-worker + wife, my wife and me). The first four codes worked. The last two failed. I fired off an email to Fanfire and am waiting to see what happens. I remember seeing a couple of threads here for problems with the 2010 VIP package (i.e. never delivered, no response to emails) and so not expecting much response from Fanfire.

Is the T-shirt design in the 2011 VIP package the same as it was for 2010?

Just got this from the The RUSH Newsletter: RUSH TIME MACHINE TOUR 2011 GREENSBORO & TOLEDO DATE CHANGES! Monday, March 28, 2011 Live Nation announced today that due to unforeseen circumstances the Rush performance previously scheduled for this Friday, April 1st in Greensboro has been postponed one day and will now take place on Saturday, April 2nd at the Greensboro Coliseum. Doors remain 6:30 pm with show time at 7:30 pm. After much consideration, as the Toledo performance would have been the 4th show in 5 days the decision was made to delay the show rather than move forward as previously scheduled. The added time between shows will ensure that fans in Toledo are treated to the best performance that Rush can deliver. As a result, the Toledo performance previously scheduled for Wednesday, April 6th will be postponed one week and will now take place on Wednesday, April 13th at Huntington Center. Hi there. I purchased my tickets for Austin the second they went on sale. I only received an email from Texas Box Office. Nothing else. I'll contact Ticketmaster and see what kind of a run around I get from them. Because this is a continuation of the TM tour, I'm guessing it will be the same swag I got last year.

My guess is they will also be in Houston and Dallas in 2011. 01GT Eibach is absolutely right though. Seeing RUSH in a small setting like the Frank Erwin Center is Awesome.

Glad to see them coming back to Austin. My guess is that they will also add Dallas and Houston. Both are such big markets.

Just curious, for those that have already received the email, have your show(s) already occurred? Just trying to figure out the process they are using to ship (i.e. show date, alphabetical...) I'm still waiting for the email to say mine has shipped. However my show is not until late September.

Now that it has been five or six weeks since the first round of VIP tickets went on sale. And the release of the new singles have come and gone (getting a copy of the singles was part of the VIP package deal). Has anyone gotten any information from Ticketmaster?

Today, in the TM pre-sale (VIP tickets) for San Antonio, I pulled Section F3, Row 1 (I'm guessing this is front row). Anyway I got them on the first try. The seat numbers should put me right in front of Geddy. And yes, I am extremely happy.

Did anyone even see sections 101, 102, or 103 come up in the public sale? All I was able to pull was the back of 106 or 104 and 111 (Extreme angles)

Is the Meet & Greet contest limited to only Music Today? I don't see anything regarding this on TM or LN.
