I feel ashamed ... I had a make-out dream about Lerxst last night .... Here is my penance ... (I already said my 4 'Hail Neils', 6 'Glory Be's to the Professor' and 2 shots of The Macallan) I still love ya, baby. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v607/tbukowski/ohyum.jpg

To my next-door-neighbors in Lerxst-land, I have a confession to make ... I normally stay over on the 'Neil' side of things ... but I had this incredible dream last night .... about your Lerxst ... for some strange reason, the guys were playing at a bowling alley (??), and there weren't many people there to see them (??? ???) and I ended up making out with Alex ... I remember that Neil & Geddy looked like they do now, but Alex looked younger. Needless to say, I woke up this morning with a big . I think I'll be stopping over here a little more often. Yum. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v607/tbukowski/alex.jpg

Cheesy 1977 release called 'The Car' (anyone else remember it?) I've been hooked on this film (actually the car itself) since I was 7 years old ... .last year my darling husband bought me the DVD & a die-cast model of 'The Car' for my birthday. So sweet!! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v607/tbukowski/thecar.jpg

A nice macabre film (who's low quality/low budget added to its eerie-ness) is 'Carnival of Souls' http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0055830/

Like many have already said, I don't waste my money at the box office ... the film industry has gotten very stale over the last 5 years (if not longer). And I HATE remakes!! Some things are better left untouched!!! As cheesy as it sounds, I really enjoyed the lower budget horror movies ... the original 'Halloween' is a perfect example ... I think the budget for this film was like $300,000, so they had to rely on pure creativity & imagination. Another John Carpenter film that comes to mind (that I recently just saw for the first time) is 'The Fog' ... just excellent. And my last 'oldie, but goodie', "A Carnival of Souls" ... perfect!!! So, Zena says, 'Leave 'em alone!!'

QUOTE (Bastille Night @ Jan 7 2005, 11:23 AM)We're Knights of the Round Table. We dance whene'er we're able. We do routines and chorus scenes With footwork impeccable. We dine well here in Camelot. We eat ham and jam and spam a lot. We're Knights of the Round Table. Our shows are formidable, But many times we're given rhymes That are quite unsingable. We're opera mad in Camelot. We sing from the diaphragm a lot. In war we're tough and able, Quite indefatigable. Between our quests we sequin vests and impersonate Clark Gable. It's a busy life in Camelot. I have to push the pram a lot. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v607/tbukowski/knights2.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v607/tbukowski/knights1.jpg
