Been a long time since I visited here! The thought of there being another chance to hear these songs played by Lee'n'Lifeson (band name right there) makes the hairs on the back of my neck rise in anticipation! There will be divided opinion but I think the Prof would be sitting upstairs saying 'DO IT'! Edit to add: And I'm sure he would say that not for himself or for us, but for them!

I don't have photos of the tour because it doesn't get here till next year. So instead, here's a few photos from the Glasgow Apollo in June 1980 - the night Closer To The Heart was recorded for Exit Stage Left, with a bunch of pissheads singing in the background. I thought this film was absolutely woeful. Bought the DVD yesterday with much anticipation, but what a pile of kak it was.

Oh woe is me - 7/20. I hang my head in shame.

I must confess COS is the only Rush album I've nevr owned. I do remember it being not well received, however I also remember the band saying they could never have made 2112 without making COS. COS - not a patch on FBN but very importand nevertheless... Just my opinion of course.
