  1. My favorite album was Don't Pay The Ferryman. That's the only song I liked on it. Oh and Lady In Red was good too. Otherwise the rest of the album sucked harshly.
  2. Aishwarya Rai is the #1 actress of India. She's very beautiful and talented as well. Her biggest smash hit of all time was Bride And Prejudice. She was also a former Miss World Pageant Queen as well in the early days.
  3. QUOTE (-D-RocK- @ Dec 16 2007, 09:56 AM) That's too bad. He was a pretty talented guy, noted for both his music and film careers. Rest peacefully Mr. Westerman. Before he died, he started advertising for a company called Lakota. An indian brand of medicine for arthritis.
  4. QUOTE (-D-RocK- @ Dec 16 2007, 06:21 AM) How about Prism? Anybody remember them? Ya. They were a band from Vancouver I believe. Apparently I heard from a teacher that they graduated from my high school! That was amazing to hear that. I loved that black album they had, "Armageddon". Every song was awesome on it.

  6. Dr. Jekyl And Mr. Hyde and Overkill were the best songs on Cargo. Otherwise it wasn't that great I think.

  9. Someone told me it was a good movie so I decided to watch it and was so disappointed by it. It's all about a guy who wants his friend to get surgery so he can marry him. What a dumb concept for a movie.
  10. QUOTE (drummerboy @ Oct 4 2007, 07:55 PM) NEW John Schlitt Ablum coming! John Schlitt of PETRA Wasn't Petra a christian heavy metal rock group? I never liked them but I did hear of the name before when I was heavily into christian music back then.
  11. Good news fans. Looks like it's going to be a lucky and busy year for music. New albums slated for 2008: 1. Garbage (the 5th and final album) 2. Shirley Manson Solo Album 3. Joe Satriani 4. The Fixx 5. Depeche Mode 6. Steve Stevens - Memory Crash (January) 7. Kenny G (February)
  12. Ya. How It's Made is a very interesting show. I have 3 dvds of it that I got from Reader's Digest a long time ago. I believe it's in its 9th season now last I checked.
  13. I met George C. Scott when he was filming "The Changeling" back in 1979. That was so cool. We weren't allowed to ask for autographs but we could talk to him.
  14. That's ok I guess for you. I have my own radio station anyways now which plays all the good stuff from all decades of all genres. So it's not a biggie here anyways. Just wanted to see your opinion on it that's all. Are you sure this hasn't inflated your ego over this new job of yours now?
  15. Hey could you play some of my songs on your show too, Gary? Now that would be cool.
  16. What's Your Favorite Tv Shows? I couldn't watch a reality show these days even if you paid me a million dollars to. LOL. I guess my favorites would be: Primetime: 1. 17. I've seen it about 50 times when I was a kid.
  18. I plan on staying with standard dvd. It does what I want for me.
  19. QUOTE (guitarman_2112 @ Nov 7 2007, 09:31 PM) QUOTE (Ru5h F@n @ Nov 6 2007, 04:14 PM) I'm glad they finally got him off the air. One reality show down, several to go. my thoughts exactly Why thank you man. Nice to see someone on the same page as I am for a change. Kudos to you!
  20. With so many shows ending production, studios are having to juggle their upcoming schedules and prepare replacement programming. For instance, U.S. network Fox announced it has postponed the upcoming January debut of its hit thriller 24 because only one-third of the episodes had been completed before the strike began Monday. The real-time series, which already saw production delays because of the recent California wildfires, is typically broadcast each week with no breaks. "It's not a decision we wanted to make, but it's one based on how we feel the viewers expect us to schedule the show," Fox scheduling chief Preston Beckman told trade publication Hollywood Reporter. Studios are expected to announce their alternative programming plans over the next few days.
  21. Last night's episode was sure interesting. Except the ending was kinda lame though. This time, his dead daughter's gf comes to contact Gibbs and in the process throughout the show of trying to find her, he and her escape in a car and almost drowns to death but thanks to DiNozzo for saving his life in time.
  22. No actually I agree with you 100% there. I didn't think he was the right pick for the show. There are so many actors out there, why they picked him is beyond me.
  23. QUOTE (Jack Aubrey @ Nov 6 2007, 04:39 AM) The main thing that worries me about the strike is that it could result in more "reality" shows being aired. That would suck! Oh I hope you're wrong there. We have enough reality junk already as it is.
  24. I'm glad they finally got him off the air. One reality show down, several to go.
  25. Um yeah ok. Without them, you won't see any tv shows or movies either. So they do matter. Without writers, the entertainment industry suffers a big blow. Entertainment is a big money business for the Americans and their failing economy, now that their dollar is down, this is not a good time for them at all actually.
