  7. QUOTE (Nate2112 @ Jan 14 2011, 10:21 PM) Ok Example: What TRF member do you think is the most crazy when some album pops up My vote would go to Nate2112 !
  8. QUOTE (Nate2112 @ Jan 14 2011, 10:00 PM) First think of our fellow TRF Members and what album you personally think is their album. The albums descriptions are the same as that person. I would go first but i cant think of anything so you start ???
  9. Red Sector A just ahead of DEW Seen them both performed live on several occasions and they are both highlights for me.
  10. ....you have followed them for nearly 35 years !!!
  11. QUOTE (drbirdsong @ Dec 23 2010, 11:59 PM) Chain Lightning (the guitar solo says, "hey guys, the 80's are over") Different Strings (please draw out that guitar at the end about 10 minutes or so) Analog Kid (yeah we've heard it, but man, it is so good) Good call ! I think Chain Lightning is somewhat underrated . Different Strings does fade too soon, a live extended version would be great Ditto your comments about Analog Kid
  12. QUOTE (nappy2112 @ Jan 6 2011, 02:41 AM)I've never heard a perfect album. I agree. To quote a line from one of my favourite tracks from my favourite (but not perfect) Rush album "I know perfect's not for real" Anyway a few that (to me) are well crafted classics : RUSH - Moving Pictures, Hold your fire Beatles - Revolver Bob Dylan - Highway 61 / Blonde on Blonde Camel - Moonmadness Yes - Going for the One Supertramp - Crime of the Century Elbow - Seldom Seen Kid Decemberists - Hazards of Love Edit : I forgot.. Pink Floyd - Wish you were here
  13. S&A took a few listens but I have really "got it" now. Favourite track is Far Cry but a lot of other good ones.
  14. Dreamline at No1 . Close run thing for second spot between Bravado and Ghost of a chance.
  15. Have to go with the first three tracks on the album. The Pass being a clear winner. IMO one of the best Rush tracks on any album Chain Lightning at no2 and then Show Don't Tell
  16. One of my favourite Rush albums . Tough call , but would have to settle for Mission, with Second Nature at No2 But a lot of other good tracks to choose from.
  17. Thanks for all the nice welcomes ! See you around Alan
