QUOTE (Arndrake @ Mar 20 2005, 06:37 PM) Distant Early Warning The only song that does not mention the enemy, either by name or symbolically. Nope. Still warm, though.

QUOTE (sfuentes @ Mar 20 2005, 02:34 PM) Red Lenses Only one not about war? Wrong --but you're getting a lot closer.

Speaking of Star Wars songs, has anyone ever heard the Star Wars Cantina song by Richard Cheese? It's absolutely hilarious.

QUOTE I agree. 'Mask Of The Phantasm' was terrific. Can you still get that on video (or is it on DVD yet)?

I think my favourite scene is when Stewie takes his microscopic spaceship inside Peter to prevent him from impregnating Lois. Sooooo many good quotes from that scene: Computer: Warning-heart rate increasing Stewie: Hmm...either they're getting started or they're watching Batman! Cut to Peter watching Batman Stewie blasts through Peter's duodenum* Peter: Oh jeez, my duodenum's acting up! Runs to bathroom And the best of all... Stewie: I say! Do you know what today is? A bad day to be a sperm!!! *Whatever that is!

Buzz Sherwood rocks! I remember one really early episode where he was showing Red how he "ripped the guts" out of his remote-control model airplane and connected them to his floatplane...and then crashed it while demonstrating it to Red. And, of course, there's Adventures With Bill--I was really happy when Rick Green came back to the show. http://www.pbs.org/redgreen/bill.jpg

QUOTE The Greek Orthodox Archbishop Macarios' brother, because Archbishop Macarios was dead, and anyway, his borther would be cheaper! Correct! Your turn, AFS74.

Fine, then: It was Sharon, Lois & Bram. They had a show called "The Elephant Show" on CBC and TVO in the 80s, and Bram did a cover of The Galaxy Song, altering the last line (of course). Now for a new question: In the String skit, which religious official does Mr Adrian Wapcaplet finally decide to place in the TV ad?
