USB Connector
Let's put it this way. A buddy of mine bought a Zune HD when Microsoft was actively marketing them. He had a problem, which happens. He was directed to several support pages by a Microsoft support agent. None of those pages existed. All 404. If you do some googling you'll see it's not uncommon for the touch screen to malfunction rather quickly. Save your money. There are better MP3 players out there. KenJennings
I loved my 80gb Zune. Had a nice big screen for videos, great for music playback, a very nice user interface swipe button... I also very much liked my iRiver H20, which was older and only 20gb, but could support rockbox, which was a sweet firmware alternative that let you play gameboy roms on it. The problem with that generation of physical hard drive MP3 players is that they wore out relatively fast on me. Spinning platters just don't hold up when they're in the pocket of someone constantly moving around.
