I had never read the book or seen the old version so I didn't know what to expect..... like I said I liked it just okay. Batman Begins was better. Big T Posted July 17, 2005 Share Posted July 17, 2005 The original is my favorite movie, having actually seen it when it was new at the theaters. I saw this one yesterday and though I didn't hate it, it just didn't do it for me. I don't think it will be as endearing a movie as the original. My 14 yr old daughter didn't care for it, but my 8 yr old said he liked it better. It's worthy of a trip to see it at the theater though. 2 1/2 stars I say.
