Rush Store Order Confirmation - not showing up?

I placed an order on the Musictoday Rush Store (http://rush.shop.musictoday.com) and when I login to the store website and click "Order Status", I get:

 

"No orders were found. Any recent orders take a few minutes to appear on this list. If, after a reasonable amount of time, your order has still not appeared, please contact merchandise@musictoday.com."

 

It has now been over 24 hours and the order still doesn't show up. I have sent them the email and am currently waiting for a response from them but until then, I would like to know if this is just me or is anyone else having the same issue?

Yup...same thing happened to me. I got a confirmation email, but I can't see my order on their website. confused13.gif
