naturalsciences101
I had a fun gig to attend last night and missed out on my Metal Show. Who saw the episode, and who were the guests? Any funny moments?
Ancient Ways
I've seen it and it's ok. They need a younger person familiar with modern metal to make this show relevant. The big problem I have is their definition of metal is a bit loose. It seems that anyone that has a bit of distortion and plays a power chord is metalAs far as the guys who host I don;t know who they are.
naturalsciences101
I think so too. I think the formula is stale already. And, Eddie Trunk is purely old-school. They need someone who not only knows the history of Metal, but also has a reverence for what's going on today. A well balanced dude who eats a little bit from each and every major food group. I think I can move a few things around in my sched. and host this frakkin' show if need be. Problem is with Trunk and his two lapdogs is that they don't even address any new releases at all, not even from the old-school bands. They just want to talk about who's better between Ozzy and Dio. I've had better Metal conversations here, or at the local bar.
