Reflecting on Hayes' performance, I began thinking back to other games I attended where notable entertainers sung the national anthem. Here's some of the ones I've seen: -Isaac Hayes -Cybil Shepherd -Trenyce (American Idol contestant) -Natalie Cole -Toby Keith -Martina McBride -Michael W. Smith -Alison Krauss & Union Station -Sara Evans The first three were at Memphis Grizzlies games, the rest at Tennessee Titans games in Nashville. Other than Hayes, the most notable has to be Martina McBride. She sang before the Titans' Music City Miracle playoff game. Who are some of the notable singers you've seen sing your national anthem at major sporting events? It was during the time of the first war in the gulf and people got pretty choked up. then the Bills choked a little themselves with the help of Norwood.
