DVD Album at CDUniverse?

At CDUniverse they list 3 versions:

 

1) Snakes & Arrows - Available: Tuesday, May 01, 2007 - $14.84

 

2) Snakes & Arrows Limited Edition - Available: Tuesday, June 05, 2007 - $15.44

 

3) Snakes & Arrows (CD+DVD) - Backordered - $15.69

 

 

I am assuming that the first one (May 1st) is the regular album but what about the other 2? Which one is the DVD version?

 

Option 2 does not describe it as having the DVD but it does say "Limited Edition"

Option 3 does describe the DVD but is in "Backordered" status ---???

 

I just want to ensure that I am pre-ordering the right version of the DVD Album. Unfortunately I can't order from Best Buy as they don't ship internationally and I am not in the U.S. so CDUniverse was the only online store that I found that will ship internationally (other than Amazon but they don't offer the DVD Album anymore).

 

Anyone know what the deal is? Has anyone ordered from CDUniverse before? Are they reliable?
