As long as the employee's are told this from the start I don't see anything wrong with it. Now if they are doing this to select employee's and not straight across the board then I have a real big problem with it. I can see why they are doing it they have to protect themselves from the "My little Johnny would have never taken that car if he didn't buy/rent that game" Lawsuits.
