But can anyone suggest a decent overdrive/distortion pedal to compliment it? By the way, I use a PRS SE and Marshall MG 30 (the amp has an overdrive funtion but it sounds awful!) hentorstrat Posted October 14, 2005 Share Posted October 14, 2005 Marshall made a few overdrive/distortion pedals, one being the Gov'nor, another , which I own is a Drive master. I like these because the layout is similar to an amp's controls. Gain, Volume, Treble, Middle, Bass. I think you get more control than if you had just a passive tone, ie.
