Well, that didn't last long- Motley Crue has announced a tour this summer with Def Leppard and Poison. It's no surprise to me (having rushed to see The Who's "final tour" in 1982 :laughing guy: :laughing guy: ) but as a rock fan in general I don't appreciate being viewed as a commodity who will shell out for a "Farewell Tour" and then be expected to buy tickets again 4 or 5 years later. What do you think? Setting aside Rush, who we know has integrity, do you make a large effort to see a band on a farewell tour? I hope Vince Neil is OK, he looks a little rough. I don't know if I would have recognized him. https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-news/motley-crue-def-leppard-poison-set-2020-stadium-tour-913823/
