  1. I told ya to keep the Faith! these guys never disappoint! NEVER!
  2. We'll find out after Subdivisions! I think they left out songs! We'll See! Don't be Faithless!
  3. I didn't think this would be so excited! I feel as giddy as girl on a prom night! If I would have an idea of what that would feel like? LOL
  4. I don't think I'll ever hear my Grail song: Losing it!
  5. I have to wait until the last show! Who know maybe they'll have Jacobs Ladder in the set by then! Enjoy opeing night guys!
  6. I can almost imagine lights coming out of the green bulbs and the whole thing taking off!
  7. I'm ready to travel! Hope Bill & Ted are still asleep!
  8. Thanks Trenken! I Know but I hold RUSH so much higher and all those I mentioned, not even in the same category! Well maybe Genesis!
  9. I'm always grateful for anything from Rush! They are the soundtrack to my life and it would just not be bearable without them. I just retruned from a trip to Niagara Falls! by the way, I live in Miami and I drove all the way to Canada! Anyway as I was crossing the rainbow bridge over the Niagara River....and suddenly Far Cry come on! I could not have been happier! It was if God was happy I had made it and paid me back in RUSH! It was cool being in Canada and everyone celebrating my Rush Shirts and engaging me with RUSH trivia and news! Canada and Canadians are cool!
  10. Well I would have said Metallica and Rush. But I consider Metallica more of a 90's band. Maybe I'm wrong on the U2 thing, I'm just pissed. Feel free to replace U2 with what ever band you feel fits the slot! AC-DC, Metallica, Van Halen, Genesis, Madonna-> LOL. Whom ever! I think the point was made. Be gald we still have RUSH!
  11. Guys! We are blessed to be fans of such a great group. Bands like this don't come around often. You might get one or two every generation. In the 60's we had the Beatles & The Stones. In the 70's The Who and Led Zepplin and in th 80's We have U2 and Rush! Be glad that fate has not stepped in and taken one of the members of the latter two bands. Specially Rush! Look, Rush could have dissolved after the unfortunate losses Neil had to endure in the 90's. We should be thankful for his perseverance. We are still enjoying the product somewhat of the three original members. You take anyone of these pieces away and it's no longer Rush! Lets face it, they are getting up there in age and Neil really puts himself in much peril evertime he travels on his Motorcycle. At any moment some drunk idiot can run a light or some absent minded dweeb can loose control while making a cellular call and Neil would be lost forever. Heaven forbid this from ever happening buts its the reality of everyday life. Regardless, it's what makes touring bearable for Neil and keeps him coming back. Guys, They didn't even had to go out and tour this year. Yet here we are on the verge of another opening night and all you can think about is what a crappy setlist? I guess Geddy wears his Blah, Blah, Blah shirt for you! Stop whining and Enjoy the brief moments that Rush enrichess our lives with. They won't come so often in the future!
  12. I truly think there are two songs missing from the end of each set! Maybe who ever leaked the set was told not to release the last two songs of each set. Add two songs to the end of each set and see what you get. Set 1: Distant Early Warnings The Big Money Set 2: Jacobs Ladder Xanadu That would complete the sets nicely!
  13. Oh I mean it! I'm ready to tear someone a new @sshole!!!!!!!!!!!! So you could allow the bullsh!t to fly a bit quicker!
  14. Many of you are a bunch of spoiled children! I can't beleive the threads I'm reading on the released SetList! I can't believe people are complaining about a setlist that holds The entire Moving Pictures (Yes it includes "The Camera Eye"! La Villa, Working Man and two new songs that kick serious @ss even before the album is released. Lets not mention Faithless and Presto which have never been played. I remember when S & A tour finished how everyone was shocked they didn't play Faithless. Now here it is and most are disappointed its in the set! Well the hell with you all! I think any 2-1/2 to 3 hour set by Rush is great! Even if they play The Mickey Mouse March! Maybe we should just go back to when they had opening acts that usually sucked and sucked away their playing time! Maybe we should just forget the whole thing and allow them to live their lives without touring! be Glad Rush is still around and stop being a bunch of Cry Babies! Or Witch Hunt will be played for you! Except they'll call it Bitch hunt! For all the bitching most of you are doing! Now that said! I really wanted to hear Jacobs Ladder!
  15. High Points of this set: La villa Marathon The Camera Eye Presto Faithless Low Points: No Jacobs Ladder No Middletown Dreams Leave that thing alone (Rather hear Where's my Thing or Limbo) or better yet Jacobs ladder sets seem Short By like two songs each To be honest! I can't understand anyone who is disappointed with a set list that has The Camera Eye and La Villa in it!
  16. Look, regardless of how much I love the 2nd tier of their Career (AFTK-MP), I also want to hear stuff from the rest of their career! I love the third and forth tiers as well! Hell Even this fifth tier that they are currently on is awesome! How many tiers can one band have? These guys are great! Now play "Tears"!

    Katy Perry

It was there but it didn't sound all that great!
  18. Hey my 13 year old daughter was pretty psyched to hear it! I guess she's hooked after only two concerts!
  19. I truely think they end Set 1 with|: Moving Picture Red Bachetta YYZ Limelight and begin set 2 with: The Camera Eye Witch Hunt Vital Signs This makes perfect sence to me!
  20. I know! I don't know if this is a good or bad thing?
  21. You know for any other group at my age I would prefer to sit down! Somehow I can't seem to plant my keester for RUSH! It has never happened! I think the only time I sat down at a Rush concert was on R30 during Mystic Rhythms!
  22. Great song! I think it would be great in concert! Al's solo isone of the best!
  23. My daughter was watching the Disney Channel and screamed then came panting into our room with this piece of news!: Rush was mentioned on the Disney Channel on Wizards of Waverly Place: One of the kids had a fake name: TOM SAWYER, his older sister and her friend started cracking up and said " Tom Sawyer as in the RUSH song?" to which the other kid replied" "and the classic book!" To which the first added: " The song was so good they made a book about it!" Funny, yet scary at the same time! You heard it here first!
