  1. In 1996 on the night before the AFC championship game I stood inside the Pittsburgh Hilton at the revolving door as Steeler after Steeler walked through and I shook their hands. They had a team meeting the night before the Big game in the Hilton. Kevin Green, Greg Lloyd, Carnell Lake, Levon Kirkland, Yancey Thigpen, Rod Woodson and Mark Bruener to name a few, it was GREAT, I loved the steelers since the 70's so I was like a kid in a candy factory. other non sports celebs... George Clinton, Billy Corgin, Willy Stargell and the Naked Cowboy, is he a Celeb?
  2. "They beat me up, they took my lunch money, they called my mother names I never even heard of, I'm going to quit school, I'll probably never even graduate anyway"
  3. QUOTE (Cygnus @ Sep 21 2004, 12:29 PM) How about: "I'm not stupid, I know everyone thinks I am, I just don't like answering stupid questions." Holes
  4. The Last Alimony Check Today is my daughter's 18th birthday....... I'm so glad that this is my last child support payment. Month after month, year after year, those payments! So I called my baby girl, Kareesha, to come over to my house, and when she got there, I said to her, "Baby girl, I want you to take this last check over to your mother's house and tell her that this is the last check she's ever going to get from me, and I want you to come back and tell me the expression that's on her face." So my baby girl took the check over to her. I was really anxious to hear what she had to say and what she looked like. As my baby girl walked through the door, I said, "Now what did she have to say?" "She told me to tell you that you ain't my daddy... and Watch the expression on your face."
  5. Thanks LerxstLady, I appreciate your efforts on getting to the bottom of this. I had a feeling it was Alex, it just seems weird that someone would add 3 interviews together like that. But I have to admit, it was one of the better interviews I have ever read.
  6. That's what I miss about Kentucky, there are a lot more stars there than in NY.
  7. QUOTE (Jack Aubrey @ Sep 17 2004, 09:31 AM) Has everyone who wanted to do so voted? I'll be closing this poll soon. No, give me a few more days to decide.
  8. Oh so now he didn't say those things? Or did he say them and decide that maybe he shouldn't have then his lawyer told him that it wasn't a good idea? I'm confussed now. Did anyone get fired for spreading lies about someone?
  9. QUOTE (Jack Aubrey @ Sep 15 2004, 04:36 PM) QUOTE (Indica @ Sep 15 2004, 05:29 PM) I'm sure some people will watch it. I used to love the show as a kid so I'll probably watch it. It's better than star wars I bet. Depends on which 'Star Wars' you're referring to. Given a choice between watching Jessica Simpson or Jar-Jar, I'll take Simpson. Even though I find her mentally repulsive, she is still less annoying. Oh they made more than one? I couldn't imagine why.

  11. Yeah, I guess Alex has to watch what he says about the USA because they might not want to work with him down in Fla.
  12. NAMES AND FACES: Simpson sets sights on Hazzard County September 15, 2004 Perfect casting! Jessica Simpson will make her big-screen debut as Daisy Duke in the movie remake of the 1979-85 TV series "The Dukes of Hazzard," People.com reports. Warner Bros. previously announced that Johnny Knoxville and Seann William Scott would play those fast-drivin' good ol' boys, Bo and Luke Duke. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Jay Chandrasekhar ("Super Troopers," Fox's "Arrested Development") will direct, though a start date has yet to be announced. As for Boss Hogg, Burt Reynolds is said to be emerging as the top choice. (In case you forgot, John Schneider and Tom Wopat played Bo and Luke Duke, Catherine Bach played Daisy, and Sorrell Booke, who died in 1994, was Boss.)
  13. QUOTE (Jack Aubrey @ Sep 14 2004, 08:06 AM) Thank you, GG! OK, next quote: 'Bufotenine. Hell of an hallucinogen. He's gone. He won't be coming back anytime soon.' (Pause). 'Discovery Channel.' Nil By mouth
  14. QUOTE (BSG @ Sep 15 2004, 12:29 PM) Thought about posting this in one of the hurricane threads, but we have so MANY of them, I just put it here. Ten Reasons Why Hurricanes Are Like Christmas 10. Decorating the house (boarding up windows) 9. Dragging out boxes that haven't been used since last season (camping gear, flashlights) 8. Last minute shopping in crowded stores 7. Regular TV shows pre-empted for "specials" 6. Family coming to stay with you 5. Family and friends from out-of-state calling 4. Buying food you don't normally buy ... and in large quantities 3. Days off from work 2. Candles And the number one reason Hurricane Season is like Christmas .. At some point you know you're going to have a tree in your house! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v411/bsg2112/GIFs/cheer2.gif
  15. So everything that was said in the article is genuine? But it was taken from different interviews?
  16. QUOTE (barney_rebel @ Sep 7 2004, 11:27 AM) I'll mod. I have experience with several non-Rush related boards. Sweet sig Barney!
  17. QUOTE (1-0-0-1-0-0-1 @ Sep 7 2004, 10:55 AM) I think we would need somebody neutral, neither right or left. That might just be me... I have modding experience, and I'm completely unbiased politically, so for now, and if RR and GG agree, I'll have my finger on the BAN button! (Nobody will get banned unless they turn into a complete troll. But I will delete posts if they get out of hand, so behave yourselves! ) I vote for pixie or 10101010100010
  18. QUOTE (RushRevisited @ Sep 7 2004, 09:51 AM) QUOTE (pedro2112 @ Sep 7 2004, 10:36 AM) The Politics forum should be moderated. Too many threads where all the posters do is tell each other to fu ck off without any substantive argument at all. It is getting annoying. I tend to agree. Any suggestions as to who should mod it though - that is the question... I'll do it, I'll put a stop to all the name calling too. It's getting rediculous.

  21. QUOTE (1-0-0-1-0-0-1 @ Sep 6 2004, 07:24 PM) Now that both of you got your shots in, can we keep this stuff confined to the Politics forum? Pretty please with sugar on top? No problem 01010101010
  22. QUOTE (Jack Aubrey @ Sep 6 2004, 07:14 PM) QUOTE (Indica @ Sep 6 2004, 07:47 PM) QUOTE (1-0-0-1-0-0-1 @ Sep 6 2004, 06:42 PM) I just saw that in the Politics forum. That's why I edited my post above. Sorry about the assumption. It's OK, this has been going on for a while now. I should just ignore him but it pisses me off when people try to belittle me and try to make me feel stupid. It's about to get out of hand here. It's very unecessary, I need to be the bigger person and ignore him but I can't help to get pissed. It's hard to believe this guy is 40 years old. So you show that you are the bigger person by spamming the board?! It's a wonder you can walk, your testicles must be the size of watermelons! show me some tears. Keep the BS in the politican forum, people don't want to read this BS. Can you at least respect everyone else?
  23. There was also a movie called "the idolmaker" Back in the early 80's that was pretty cool.
