  1. OK... Saw one of these wacko mobiles on the road yesterday. http://i710.photobucket.com/albums/ww102/surfblue63/Rally%20of%20the%20Tests%202009/2009_10300036.jpg
  2. How funny. I was thinking about posting one of these. I'm pretty sure it's called a Mercury Marauder X-100. Massive beast of a car with a 429 Cobra Jet engine.
  3. Mitsu of some sort. Starion Turbo?
  4. Walter's a rockin' machine, now! ...Wonder if CYGNSX1 would look good on my 300"Zed"ex...
  5. Priestbird. Take '73 Sabbath and ELO and mash it together and see what you get. Lots of of beautiful piano and fuzzed out guitar. Hope they stick around for a while.
  6. QUOTE (Alex @ Feb 24 2010, 08:46 PM) QUOTE (Rushman14 @ Feb 24 2010, 04:46 PM) QUOTE (ILSnwdog @ Feb 24 2010, 12:29 PM)Hey guys...if you guess the car correctly...post another so we keep the thread going! Coming and throwing out the right answer without posting another car is like pooping and not flushing the toilet!!!! oh then since I got the AMC Hornet I'll go http://www.jhudgins.com/hotwheels/pictures/twinmill/twinmill1.jpg Can we go back to cars that we have more than a 2% chance of seeing on the road. That car is a show car from the '60's called the Twinmill... if you were a kid in the '60's or '70's, maybe you had a Hotwheels car like this. I have mine from '74. Ok... one of the first true sport sedans... http://i999.photobucket.com/albums/af119/mostafa_019/newdatsuniran014.jpg
  7. QUOTE (ILSnwdog @ Feb 23 2010, 10:32 PM) Anyone recognize this jewel? http://scrapetv.com/News/News%20Pages/Business/images-2/1988-cadillac-cimarron.jpg Ugh... The Cadillac Cimmaron. Advertised back then as "It's by Cadillac", rather than "It's a Cadillac"... they were embarassed to have it in the lineup. Another weirdo from the tailfin age... http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g51/gangster805/1959_Chevy_Impala_2_door_hardtop_bl.jpg
  8. I'll give ya a hint. It's Japanese.
  9. Hmmm... Black Sabbath Ozzy Monster Magnet The Melvins Alice In Chains Soundgarden Judas Preist Motorhead The Sword Megadeth Black Label Society Pentagram Ugly Kid Joe Faith No More Iron Maiden ...Just off the top of my head right now. Results may change on a few from time to time.
  10. Try this one out. I wish they had sold these here in the USA. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v11/seedsofsedition/toyota_2000gt.jpg
  11. Yep... a Chrysler prototype from '63 called the Turbine.
  12. OK, this was a prototype, but several were made and farmed out to folks who drove them... if only... http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y61/emsyessy/63turbinf.jpg
  13. Nice! Ok, I have one of these. Bonus if you can name the series... http://i307.photobucket.com/albums/nn307/tigerstrypes/Awesome%20Machines/Datsun-Nissan%20Machines/funakushi-z31-3.jpg

    Se7en

Se7en was the only movie I've ever seen that caused me a bad dream.
  15. Oldsmobile 442. Looks like a '66. Here's one that was popular back in the day, but none seem to exist anymore... http://i286.photobucket.com/albums/ll89/msmith8234/Mikeys%20Auto-X%20Cars/r0100014.jpg
  16. The Amphicar! Haven't seen one since I was a kid! Here's a rare one, only a few made... http://i701.photobucket.com/albums/ww13/sojournervtg/bricklin/Picture104.jpg
  17. Yup. One of the early ones. Not as glamourous as the the '70. Your turn!
  18. QUOTE (Alex @ Feb 3 2010, 10:39 PM) QUOTE (ILSnwdog @ Feb 3 2010, 09:09 PM) Here's another classic from the 50's http://www.rmauctions.com/images/cars/ds09/DS09_r037_01.jpg Bel Air? Edit: Hmmm, looks a bit too big for that actually... I don't know. That is either a '55 or '56 Packard. The alst of the big ones before they started using Studebaker parts. Try this... http://i712.photobucket.com/albums/ww126/Hal_01/CIMG8839.jpg
  19. ...Is it a Renault Alpine? I haven't seen anything like that since my subscription to Road&Track magazine in the '70's.
  20. DeTomaso Pantera. Looks like one from the '80's. Try this one... http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/hh150/tadeh3/1970_AMC_The_Machine_2-door_muscle_.jpg
  21. Dude... What is it with you and these polls? You're like a rock encyclopedia at 100 mph! I bet you're a character to hang out and talk to after a pint or two. ...Schon. I'm a big fan of '71-'78 Santana. I only own the first four Journey albums. That should tell you enough. Signed, SPACEMAN
  22. Hmmm... nice Queen-type sound to the guitars. Decent vocals, too, not too overblown for something this epic sounding. 7/10.
