Only 24 weeks, 4 days, 6 hours and 1 minute to go!! That's the spirit!!!

  3. Cheap if you ask me, this will probably be the last time drags a show like this across the pond. If you've never seen them live, this is the time to do it unless you plan on taking a loooong, expensive trip!
  4. We just picked up two kitty sisters from the humane society, I'll have to take some pics to post. When we went to look, they we're they last two. The girl there with them asked which one we wanted, we just said both. One seems to be on the larger side of the litter and the other seems like the runt. I didn't want the "runt" to be by herself, I wanted her big sister there to watch her back. The runt seems to have her wits about her than the other one, the other is the big klutz so now they're watching each others back.
  5. Good Morning TRF, I'm usually one of the Night Owls around here... We did recently adopt 2 little morning girls, maybe they're helping me get my bio-clock turned around a little bit...
  6. QUOTE (garbo @ Nov 1 2010, 03:58 PM)November is epilepsy awareness month. I might have a panel with some doctors on suicide and epilepsy (since epilepsy is one of the leading factors of suicide in the world; sometimes the leading factor), yet little is known about it. Anyhow, just a head's up. Hope you're feeling better, Drum. Just take it easy and get plenty of rest. I am aware November is Epilepsy Awareness month and somehow, just somehow, my birthday just happens to be right smack in the middle of it on November 16th! I've had stupid thoughts about my life and my Epilepsy but with the support I get through my family and friends, I'm glad to say I can leave it as just that, stupid thoughts, and know that something stupid like that isn't going to make things easier for anyone. I think one of the best things to happen in my life right now has been to get back out west where the weather is warmer and drier than where I had been living in NW Pennsylvania, I hate cold weather and snow and back east was smack in the middle of probably what can be some of the coldest, snowiest, winters and hot, humid summers in the country. The heat I can deal with one way or the other, find shade, stay in an air conditioned area but, when it comes to humidity, I just don't deal with it well at all. My appetite is worse in muggy weather as well and out here in the drier desert climate with plenty of casino buffet's around in the warm, dry weather, I am eating better. My appetite agrees with the warmer, drier climate better and I do sleep easier.

  13. Good day today!!! Disability sucks, I want to work!
  14. QUOTE (ILSnwdog @ Oct 16 2010, 04:36 PM)I bet many of you didn't know that Mrs Cleaver said the dirtiest thing ever uttered on prime time TV. "Ward, I think you were a little hard on the beaver." First thing I thought when I saw this thread. R.I.P. Mrs Cleaver.
  15. None today! I've been having blurry vision problems lately and I think it's been part of my headache trouble. I made an appointment to have my eyes checked to see if I'm a candidate for laser surgery. I'd rather have surgery than have to keep track of a pair of glasses. I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached to my shoulders. ( At least I think that's where it still is... )
  16. None today, been feeling pretty good lately except for the the fuzzy headed feeling from my meds.
