I think they usually say the latest album is their best one, not in the top 3. But, so far, I would have to say this could be accurate. It will take some years to make an accurate ranking.

I don't think this will be the last studio work we see from the band. The imagery in the video does concern me, however, and Neil said that this was the last song written for the album.
