  1. It would be easier if you let song titles in. And thats what I'll do. 2112 Red Barchettas Driven to Rivendell beneath, between, and behind the Trees.... Screw this, adding songs titles dosen't make this easier. Verbs are hard to come by in the titles of Rush songs or Albums
  2. QUOTE (Finbar @ Apr 7 2007, 02:11 PM) I really think Roger Dean should've been included in this poll. But of course, that's just IMFO! Yes, Mod's please add Roger Dean. I completly forgot about him (Yes, Asia) when I made this . Ashamed I should be. Please add him and alter the tiltle of the thread please
  3. QUOTE (tangdog @ Apr 7 2007, 11:09 AM) Syme has also done some good work for Megadeth and DT. I know and Storm has also done work for Audio Slave and Alan Parsons. I was merely putting what the're most known for.
  4. I love both these artists and have each helped the bands they do covers for shine. Storm is mostly known for his cover art with Pink Floyd and Syme as you know is known for his work with Rush . It's http://discoblog.houste.info/images/Pink%20Floyd%20-%20Animals.jpg vs http://www.hall9000.de/rubriken/service/plattentruhe/grafiken/rush_test.jpg Take your pick (Note this is not a comparison of music, just cover art) And mods, if you feel another artist deserves a spot fell free to add them on.
  5. QUOTE (Ya_Big_Tree @ Apr 4 2007, 03:24 PM) [/quote] Spielberg is SOOO OVERRATED!! I will defend this point if you would like me to. Basically it all boils down to he couldn't make a climax in his movies if his life depended on it. He chokes and ruins the whole thing, ie Minority Report. Close Encounters of the Third Kind. There, an excellent climax by Mr. Spielberg. A movie ending thats probably on my top 15 at least
  6. QUOTE (treeduck @ Apr 3 2007, 03:32 PM) If you want a truly overrated director then here it is, I give you M. Night Shyamalan... Signs - Crap The Village - over the top, unconvincing, mind-freezing and sleep-inducingly boring. Unbreakable - totally stupid and laughable The Sixth Sense - THE most overrated film of all time, drawn out, slow, boring and a damp squib of a denouement... I totally don't get why this guy's films are popular... I was going to say Shyamalan as well. I just can't get into his films. And his name is a testimate to how bad horror films were in the 90's (other than Silence of the Lambs) . Concidering he made the "best critically acclaimed" horror film in that decade "Sixth Sense". Hell Eli Roth only has 2 films under his belt and he's a better filmmaker that M. Night Shyamalan.
  7. I loved the Profanity episode. I loved how they bashed the FCC, and paid tribute to the Great Lenny Bruce
  8. If anyone has seen this show, they know when I say this is one of the greatest shows on TV right now. Anyone else have any opinions.
  9. Tim Burton's stuff is all alright with me (other than the Planet of the Apes remake, awful film), but the most overrated film maker in hollywood is M. Night Shamalyan. I cannot enjoy any of his films. He is too overrated.
  10. Seed of Chucky- By far the worst film i've ever seen. The Child's Play films were great up until the "Of Chucky" films. If "Bride" was a nut-shot to the Franchise, this film is casteration. A good franchise DEAD I tolerated the Bride, as it didn't ruin the previous three films and continued the story. But "Seed" was just awful. I guarentee you this film playes on a continous non-stop loop in hell. I shocks me that two actors from Lord of the Rings Brad Dourif (albiet Chucky first) and Billy Boyd.
  11. Don't let the Disney logo fool you into passing this franchise off, this is Bruckheimer we're talking about. Disney realised with the first Pirates of the Caribbean that pairing up with Bruckheimer was a good idea. And achieved great results (albiet not of that of Pirates) with National Treasure. I am looking foward to this flick.
  12. I know I'm about 8 months late on this review. But I saw Alice Cooper at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville last september. Easily one of the best concerts i've ever been to

  17. Rush was in a bathtub with Dream Theater and Mike Portnoy farted. Geddy loudly exclaimed, "Wheres My Thing!?!". "It is in Alex's double neck Gibson, which is not the greatest place to find a gigantic wildebeast. Neil said fear the snow dogs or they will kill your family, then outa nowhere came Kurt Cobain shooting heroin in the face. "Ow!" Neil ran screaming, grabbed his drumsticks
  18. To reveal that secret would destroy the world as we know it, and bring the rise of the Solar Federation

  21. Rules: Lets all tell story about Rush. But we can only tell 3 words at a time. (Ex. Post 1= "I had a" Post 2= "I had a bite to ead" Post 3 "I had a bite to eat and I went") these rules are easy just make sure you cut and paste the previous post before you add your three words well here we go.................................
