  1. While I love it to pieces, "Dreamline" was my pic. "Bravado" and "Where's my Thing?" are my favs on here
  2. No way! one of my favorite things about Rush is that you can really see any album being anyone's favorite, (for example I like Grace Under Pressure most) which reflects the high quality of the bands music in all of its forms
  3. You do a great job on these! keep em comin' "Test For Echo" is the most disliked Rush album of all (I think) but you seem to catch on to things (like the line in "Nobody's Hero" mentioned above) that are sloppy or sound awkward on purpose, so you might find something different in it. I'm really looking forward to it!
  4. Mary Jane's Last Dance and that new Chili Peppers song
  5. Rush - Counterparts Muse - Absolution The Mars Volta - De-loused in the Comatorium
  6. I think "Houses" is their best by far, and as one of those people who thinks the Led Zep were "important for their time but greatly overrated" I think this album really lives up to the hype. I don't have "Prescence" yet (I have the first 6 albums though) but I think "Achilles Last Stand" is Zep's best song and one of the greatest songs ever.
  7. hmm lets see... Neil's not dead? As far as good drum songs go, any of the drum solos work, and like the person above me mentioned YYZ, Jacob's Ladder works pretty good too. To be honest, almost anything in the "Golden Era" has Neil doing his crazy(er) stuff.
  8. Got Radiohead's OK Computer the other day. I really like it. I heard that "The Bends" was pretty good too. would you guys recommend it?
  9. I just bought Led Zeppelin 3, I like it alot especially "That's the Way" and "Since I've been Loving You". I've only listened through it once though
  10. King Crimson - Red Dream Theater - Images and Words Led Zeppelin - Physical Graffiti Tool - 10,000 Days
  11. In the light is the first song on disc two of the Physical Graffiti album Edit: and I agree Achilles Last Stand is their best
  12. I just got "Physical Graffiti" holy crap! I'm loving "The Wanton Song", "Ten years Gone", "In the Light"... aw hell the whole thing is amazing!
  13. I'm new. Hi. I got my first Dream Theater album; Octavarium recently. I like it, but I think at times the lyrics are a bit cliche and the guitar falls victim to the same problem towards the middle of the album. From the responses to their videos on You Tube I must be in the minority thinking that LaBrie has an awesome voice and tone. Portnoy is an amazingly inventive drummer and is in no way a Peart rip-off. I dunno where to go next album wise, recommendations?
