  1. QUOTE (Mandalorian Hunter @ Jul 30 2009, 02:26 PM) QUOTE (PuppetKing2112 @ Jul 30 2009, 05:40 PM) QUOTE (theworkingman @ Jul 30 2009, 06:15 AM) Most likely the greatest album of this decade. Hard to argue with this statement. It's definitely one of the greatest albums of this decade, Along with Absolution, ( ) and Arctic Monkeys' Humbug. I hope that the four I've listed above will come to define this decade in years to come. Agreed FUNERAL, Absolution. Going to have to take another listen to Humbug, though.
  2. H.A.R.P. The live album that ALL live albums should compare themselves to.
  3. Metal is BACK!!!! Anyone with a taste for Metal and Prog MUST check out their new album Crack the Skye.
  4. QUOTE (ReRushed @ May 23 2008, 08:28 AM) After initially not being impressed with In Rainbows I can now firmly say it is my favorite Radiohead album, by far. I can see that. You really have to spend some time with it, with headphones preferably, there are some subtleties on there that are absolutely beautiful.
  5. QUOTE (Kudzu @ Apr 4 2008, 11:00 PM) Wow. That is actually a really, really good best-of album. I'm not a big fan of greatest hits collections, but I've gotta say that's pretty impressive, though if EMI had access to In Rainbows, they could replace about half of that early stuff with newer, better material. Even still, I'm impressed. Pleasantly surprised to see virtually all of my favorite 1993-2003 Radiohead songs on there..."Let Down", "Fake Plastic Trees", "How to Disappear Completely", "There There", "Idioteque", "I Might Be Wrong", "No Surprises"...sorry not to see "Optimistic" but that's the only conspicuous absence to me. POTENTIAL SPOILER FOR SOME: oops forgot about spoilers PM me if you want to know about the Houston show. I DO NOT have the set list memorized.

  8. QUOTE (1-0-0-1-0-0-1 @ Jan 29 2007, 06:20 PM) Gary Moore is great, but there's no reason for Rush to abandon their "An Evening With" format. Three hours is barely enough to get in all the songs they want to...adding an opening act would just cut into that. Nope, cant see this happening. "An evening with Rush" would be ideal, but I was hoping for Rush/Arcade Fire, who's album comes out in March I believe.
