  1. QUOTE (SlyJeff @ Jul 2 2012, 02:44 PM) While Halo Effect is by far my least favorite song on the album, I noticed today as I was listening through the album that I have 0 desire to skip it. First off, it's a decent enough song, but also it's nicely placed on the CD to give a little breathing room in between a bunch of more rocking tracks, and the length is just about perfect so that when SSoG kicks in I'm primed and ready to rock again. I'm not really a RUSH track skipper. The only track I skip regularly on a RUSH album is Rivendell...

The latest one or the immediate aftermath picture? The one with the awful injuries. You mean the picture from a few weeks after once he'd healed up a bit? Yeah. That one. Where he's been guided by someone. You mean the one friendlyfloridian posted directly to the thread with no warning whatsoever? Probably, but by the time I saw the thread, I think it had been edited. Silly Floridian. I guess he really is gone for good, huh. I think he has an alternate now... If he really does want a second chance I can respect that, I wont pull the rug out from under him before he's had his fun. Well I only found out because 73 had unmasked him in a thread... You mean the one with the reversable name? Not taking sides, but how can you be sure? I'm no sure, that's why I typed "I think he has an alternate now" I wish I knew how IP addresses worked... Why what would you do with them if you knew about them?? I wouldn't do anything with them, Duck - I'm just fascinated. Well that's a relief, because you are a Baby and babies don't do anything unusual with IP addresses... All these quotes are pretty trippy to look at Even more so now...
  3. QUOTE (metaldad @ Jul 2 2012, 10:33 AM) QUOTE (LeaveMyThingAlone @ Jun 29 2012, 10:18 AM) The Who - Who's Next Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin Genesis - Nursery Cryme Jethro Tull - Thick as a Brick Pink Floyd - Meddle Jimi Hendrix Experience - Are You Experienced? Yes - The Yes Album Great albums, now why was the song choice on Feedback so f-n Bad ? They wanted to play easy rock n roll songs...
  4. I've got The Wreckers! I like Wish Them Well too though, but The Wreckers has a little more... Halo Effect I just haven't got that yet...
  5. QUOTE (Finding IT @ Jul 2 2012, 10:32 AM) If you include him, the toughest man in Hollywood is Randy Couture. I would imagine there can't be too much argument about that. Gene Lebell is a legend, both in Judo and open martial arts. I've met him a few times. He is a gentleman but still very intimidating as he approaches 70. At one event, he was giving out patches to anyone willing to get choked out by him. I passed. I went to a seminar that Seagall gave at the Martial Arts Supershow in Vegas a few years back. He is a legitimate Aikido master but has obviously let himself go. He is very tall. I remember being surprised by that but his grip was weaker than I anticipated. What's your opinion of Bruce Lee and I suppose Chuck Norris since he's been mentioned too...
  6. QUOTE (JohnnyBlaze @ Jul 2 2012, 07:31 AM) QUOTE (treeduck @ Jun 30 2012, 04:02 AM) What about werewolves, what do they do? They're like you: they're animals and don't give a shit most of the time. Should I growl here?
  7. QUOTE (Hatchetaxe&saw @ Jul 2 2012, 08:03 AM) Mine. I need to see a doctor. You have more hair in your ears than on your head!
  8. QUOTE (GeminiRising79 @ Jul 2 2012, 09:08 AM) Its funny he states that Tai Shan was an error, by virtue of Neil, and then shakes his head in obvious disgust/remorse. You want them all to take the blame then?
  9. QUOTE (GeddyRulz @ Jul 2 2012, 07:27 AM) I'm guessing Treeduck matched these three tunes up because he thinks they're the worst of the bunch, but "The Wreckers" and "Wish Them Well" are both in my top four picks for the album! "Halo Effect," on the other hand... yeah, a piece of doo-doo. I chose "Wish Them Well," but "The Wreckers" is right behind. Yeah well these are my least faves but I still like them pretty well, maybe Halo Effect hasn't had an effect on me yet though...
  10. QUOTE (JohnnyBlaze @ Jul 2 2012, 07:46 AM) QUOTE (Animate @ Jul 2 2012, 09:37 PM) I must be listening to a different CD then everyone else, cause both Halo Effect and The Wreckers are way at the top of my replay list. Yeah, I'd say mine's quite different because Headlong Flight, Anarchist, and Carnies are way ahead of the rest of the pack...but most of the pack is pretty good anyway I've always thought you might be a secret Carnie JB...
