I chose Dr Crusher. Though I would probably need to murder Wesley to keep him away.

I chose only these two because they were most prominent of TNG babes. Anyway I have always found Tasha Yar a bit too butch for me. But for you Dr Pulaski fans I gave you a choice.

QUOTE (Xanadu93 @ Mar 4 2009, 09:06 PM) We finished reading Romeo & Juliet in school this week. Saw the movie as well (the Zefirelli one). One of the best stories I've read. Get West Side Story on DVD.

For those who don't know Airplane! was not a spook on the Airport movies of the 70's but rather a campy movie made in the late '50's. The Zucker brothers bought the rights to Zero Hour I believe after Kentucky Fried Movie came out. I found this clip on You Tube that compares the two movies. Enjoy.

QUOTE No Frank, you know, is she better than self-abuse? Does that- does that big ass of hers move around a lot, Frank or does it sort of lie there flaccid? What would you say about that? QUOTE Would you say that she was a moaner, Frank? Seriously Frank. I mean, does she go "ooooh" or does she lie there quiet and not do anything at all? QUOTE Watch out for your goodies, Hawkeye. That man is a sex maniac; I don't think Hot Lips satisfied him. Don't let him kiss you, Hawkeye. QUOTE Well goddamnit, Hot Lips, resign your goddamn comission! QUOTE Now, fair's fair Henry. If I nail Hotlips and hit Hawkeye can I go home too? QUOTE Oh, Frank, my lips are hot. Kiss my hot lips.

QUOTE (GeddyRulz @ Jan 18 2009, 03:49 AM) QUOTE (ouchithurts @ Jan 17 2009, 05:20 PM) Barnes and Noble had jack, so chose this. Wasn't on top of my list. But I read its companion. Lincoln's Virtues: An Ethical Biography by William Lee Miller http://www.leadershipnow.com/leadershop/images/0158-X.jpg Hey Ouch, I think you might O.D. on the Lincoln stuff. It starts with the books, but soon they're not enough. Then you're out on the streets, trying to score a Lincoln A&E Biography video... or maybe even your own stovepipe hat. Before you know it, you're addicted to Lincoln. It is even worse than you imagine. I sold my body for sexual favors to Beatrice, the voluptuous yet lonely spinster manager at Barnes and Noble yesterday for an extra ten percent off list price. It felt so dirty, yet I will do it again. QUOTE I'm kidding of course, but damn! How many consecutive books about Lincoln are you going to read? I like that time period. Really bought this book because there was nothing else that I wanted at Barnes and Noble. The one in Yonkers has crap.

QUOTE (ouchithurts @ Jan 2 2009, 12:14 AM) Lincoln President-Elect: Abraham Lincoln and the Great Secession Winter 1860-1861 by Harold Holzer http://www.haroldholzer.com/images/pres-elect-lg.jpg This should have been such an awesome book. I mean the subject matter was fascinating. But, I never got sucked in. There were some brief moments that really gripped me, like the plan to covertly send Lincoln through Baltimore, and he train ride through New York State. Otherwise, I was disappointed.

QUOTE (GeddyRulz @ Jan 4 2009, 03:39 PM) QUOTE (ouchithurts @ Jan 2 2009, 04:48 PM) Where was the train station on those days? A few years ago taking the train to Rochester I think it went by the old station. But the one from Lincoln's time could have been in a different location. Where in Albany was Booth? I like Albany and the area. My son wants to go to Albany for a vacation. Seriously. Usually people take the train out of Rensselaer now, which is just across the Hudson River. In Lincoln's time, I assume they used the old Union Station, on Broadway, in downtown Albany. The capitol isn't far from there at all; a short walk up a hill, really. I think Booth was rooming at a house right on Broadway, and could easily have seen Lincoln that day. I like Albany; I was born and raised here and have always returned. But as strongly as I defend it and cheerlead for it, I can't imagine anyone choosing it as a "vacation" spot. What do you expect from a 7 year old? He doesn't know the hot vacation spots. In fact this past summer when we went up to UAlbany to see the Giants he wanted to see what downtown Albany looked like. For what it's woh he only wishes t o take baseball vacations now to MLB parks.
