sad, i really wanna get into the CA dvd/bluray. i had for a year now and just cant get past those alwful vocals. Couldnt they have touched them up a bit before releasing it. I mean, that and the time machine were so embarrssing bad. I would be afraid to show these at parties. I already got blasted for geds bad vocals, people see past the talent and playing. its those vocals you cant get around.

the price does keep changing. tommrrrow it will be 150$ wow, i should hop on this today..

didnt they open up for KISS on that tour? yeah, throw their set in there as well..

Everyone craves over vapor trails, i was going through a really rough spot in my life when that came out, so it didnt grab me that hard. I did however like a few songs off it. but over all i felt it had too many weak moments.. and overrated.

i just hope someone puts up to 97 footage on you tube so i can at least see what it looks like, or at least one clip, the clip they show in the trailer is way way too short to make out how good it was shot. Now. then i will wait till ealry next year to see how much the price drops..

Wouldnt that be awesome if rush released a whole set of thier 1975 show in soundboard quality just like they did with the 78 show on diffrent stages.. I would love that...

pale, funny you mention that. no ones ever done live filming of concerts within the first month, its always at the very end of the tour or last night of tour, when band is tired and worn out and wanna just go home.. Never understood that my self..

I know die hard fans will not like this, but, i dont feel it was nesscary to have a second leg to the snakes and arrows tour, and there wasnt a need for a time machine tour either. geddy just ruined his voice further, should have rested it till the actual clockwork angels tour and i bet his voice would have been in better shape.. who here agrees??

the problem with snakes and arrows live is that its too slowed down, dont know why they chose that for that tour. they play all the songs in low key. coincendently the police toured that same year and did the same thing too with all their songs... but to be honest. i dont listen to anything other than diffrent stages. But however the cds that came with R30 deluxe have excellent sound. if only it would have been more complete.

different stages by far. to me this was the last best sounding live rush live cd.. the mix was excellent..

but for 150 bucks??

since the other extra footage is already on you tube, the 97 footage is all we really need, and hopefully someone will put it on youtube. I

A friend of mine retired rush right after diffrent stages, hes heard some stuff i played for him off various newer records and wasnt all that impressed..

Nicky back around 1998 , 1999 alot of bootlegs didnt have names. depending on where it was filmed. some people or friends of theirs will go to concerts, film the show then make lots of copies and take them to record conventions and sell them. There are so many of these that are never seen or heard of again, this was probaly one of them. It was filmed in 96 cause big money was the second song..

i liked genesis until after 1983, then they got goofy and too poppy, but i still listen to their live and studio stuff and that was forever ago..

alot of people actually filmed the opening night in albany NY, so there are a few diffrent versions of that show floating around..

i looked for it. couldnt find it on you tube. there were so many Bootleg videos from 96. but only a small few made it on you tube..
