  1. For me reserved seating is the only way to go. i usually pick out and pick up the concert tickets, making sure that i get the end seat on the aisle. this way you can get to whatever you have to without any hassle.
  2. QUOTE (CrossedSignals @ May 15 2012, 08:08 PM) QUOTE (sausage @ May 15 2012, 08:44 PM)ok so the joke was on me. well i have to admit you guys had me going there for a couple of days, but if i said i wasnt disappointed i would be lying. at least some people had a good laugh on me. i have had more than a few laughs at others expense. so touche to you guys. if i ask them nicely do you think that they might come and play a few songs in my backyard out by the pool. That's the spirit! I suppose it depends on how big your pool is. As for the jokes, such is the way of the internet. It's a dog eat sausage world. well as you now know, rush will not be coming to hamilton on oct 16. then again you probably new that right from the start. im in the process right of trying to find a venue for my good friend scheming demon. perhaps youve heard of him? he only requries one seat and a mirror to perform. i would hate to do this ,but perhaps i could book him for somebody elses backyard, with no pool. now if i could only find that dog that ate my sausage.
  3. QUOTE (SchemingDemon @ May 16 2012, 01:46 AM) QUOTE (sausage @ May 14 2012, 01:01 PM) QUOTE (J2112YYZ @ May 12 2012, 06:53 PM) Did they play Hamilton on either leg of the Time Machine tour? There more than likely will be a second North American leg sometime next year. Hamilton will probably be on that. Since I live in Buffalo, I would think about going to a show in Hamilton myself. When I said let the goofiness continue in my last post I was mainly referring to those who were pretending to be in the band when they posted because that was funny. thanks for getting back to me. obviuosly i took it the wrong way, and i apologize for that. as far as it goes for those people who go on this forum and impersonate the band members, i would call them something else other than goofy. perhaps ....... ...... would do. how can people go on this forum and answer questions like they are the actual band members. you would think that that would not be tolerated. those people that answer back and claim to be Neil Peart, should have there forum privledges cancelled. well with all the thousands of rush fans out there, theres bound to be a couple of losers. Clearly I'm Neil, I've got future tour dates in my sig! I can't wait to see myself perform! .......... Peter Grant here! ive been looking for someone with talent like yours. im in the process of booking a venue, with seating capacity of one. alll we need now is a mirror and the stage is yours. we will save that one seat for your tech. p.s. if you need someone to sell tees, i can arrange that for you. please get back to me asap. as i am also in the processs of trying to book the same venue for the Back Door Boys. keep your hopes up and remember " all the worlds a stage"

Oh god, I LOL'D so hard. Sausage, they were joking with you. Band members of Rush never frequent the forum, and why should they? Try sending a mail to SRO, or something like that. The only Rush related person that lurks here is Mosbach. And he's security. You'll learn the board humor in time. Welcome to TRF. ok so the joke was on me. well i have to admit you guys had me going there for a couple of days, but if i said i wasnt disappointed i would be lying. at least some people had a good laugh on me. i have had more than a few laughs at others expense. so touche to you guys. if i ask them nicely do you think that they might come and play a few songs in my backyard out by the pool.
  5. i agree with both you guys. with oct the 16th being an open date, it still leads to the possibility that there could be a show added in the hammer. if the leafs have a home game then the acc would be out of the question. theres no nhl hockey in hamilton, and hopefully rita mcneils not appearing that nite at copps coliseum.

  7. QUOTE (J2112YYZ @ May 12 2012, 09:36 AM) I'm not sure if Sausage Time is serious here or not Rush doesn't book their own shows. They've got people who do that for them and I don't believe they have much say on where they play. They're not gonna make a special addition because somebody asks. Sorry for being serious for a minute, the goofiness can now continue hello there i am dead seriuos about asking the guys to stop in at hamilton if they could. you never know unless you try. since hamilton is the birth place of Neil Peart, i was hoping that this city might have a little pull. keepyour eye on the tour dates i bet you see a show added in hamilton. i dont see what so goofy about asking your favourite band if they might have the time to pop by. now, its sausage time, o.k. sauer kraut.

  12. QUOTE (1-0-0-1-0-0-1 @ May 11 2012, 11:23 AM) Welcome to TRF, sausage! We have a tour section for threads like this, On The Lighted Stage. I moved your other thread there earlier, and am moving this one there now. thanks im new at this sort of thing, so its going to take me a while to get a hang off it.
  13. do you think if we asked them nicely, that they could add a hamilton concert date. maybe we could use some help from a radio station. i dont want to presssure them by starting a petition, but if the guys got wind of this they may think about it. also hamilton ontario canada is the birthplace of Neil Peart. this city should do something in recognition of that and also of all his musical accomplishments. Neil would probably not want a fuss made over him, but Neil is one of the best things to ever come out of the hammer. its sausage time. talk to you later.
