Enjoy!

  6. Rush has just announced that 'The Wreckers' will be the next official single off of Clockwork Angels. I guess that's not too surprising given that CA CD's were plastered with "Includes the Wreckers" sticker on the front of them, but I was hoping 'The Garden' would follow up HF... Thoughts?

  8. There have been a rash of interviews with Geddy Lee popping up in magazines over the past few months, but the one that appears in the July 2012 issue of Terrorizer Magazine is a bit different - and more personal. The article is called Times of Grace and is now online for your reading pleasure... Enjoy-
  9. He's got the same look HERE (from 2006) and HERE (from 2007) and even a little bit HERE (also from 2007). So perhaps this is a recycled cover picture...
  10. Geddy is featured on the cover of the July 2012 issue of Bass Guitar Magazine. The article, titled Like Clockwork, is now online and can be read HERE. Enjoy-
  11. QUOTE (D3strukt @ Jun 26 2012, 11:53 AM)I find it funny that they've uploaded EVERYTHING except for the Fan Pack book. All in due time ... Actually, I've fully scanned and transcribed the Fan Pack/Classic Rock Presents Rush magazine, but I'm holding off on posting them online for a while. Given the marketing push behind it, I don't want to create any waves with the band's management by posting it early and potentially impacting sales... So patience -- it'll be posted 'soon'...
  12. There's a three-part article/interview featuring Geddy Lee in the August 2012 issue of Bass Player Magazine. You can read the entire article at this LINK. Enjoy-
  13. An interview with Geddy appeared in the July/August 2012 issue of Fireworks (UK) Magazine. It's a pretty good read -- you can check it out HERE. Enjoy-
  14. It's also #1 on the Rock Album, Hard Rock Album and Taste Maker Album charts on BB (See: LINK). And it came in at #3 on the Digital Albums chart...
  15. QUOTE (Lerxster @ Jun 20 2012, 12:20 PM) I was doing a little research but w/o success. Was wondering what the #1 album was for 5/29, the original release date for CA, and what were the sales for that #1. Would Rush have had their first #1 if they stuck with 5/29, assuming similar 103K sales? I was looking this over as well and I'm almost certain Rush would have only needed to contend with Adele's 21 -- and I don't think she sold in excess of 100K that week. So - #1 was in the bag, but it wasn't meant to be...
  16. QUOTE (GeddyRulz @ Jun 20 2012, 10:46 AM) QUOTE (Jag2112 @ Jun 20 2012, 10:37 AM) Nice to see the strong sales too... hope they can stay in the Top 10 for a while... History is against us. Rush albums often have strong initial sales, as all us diehard fans run out to get the new album right away... and then sales plummet quickly, because we all have it already. There usually isn't enough business from "casual fans" and the curious, who've heard the music on the radio (new Rush is seldom ON the radio!) to keep the new Rush album high on the charts. No doubt. Looking back over the last two albums, here's what happened: Snakes & Arrows debut position: #3 Week 2: #20 Week 3: #35 Week 4: #51 Week 5: #61 Week 6: #77 Week 7: #78 It dropped out of the Top 200 after 15 weeks (not too bad). Vapor Trails debut position: #6 Week 2: #29 Week 3: #43 Week 4: #66 Week 5: #77 So let's see how CA fares over the next few weeks...
  17. It's official. Clockwork Angels Debuts at #2 on the Billboard Top 200 Album Chart Nice to see the strong sales too... hope they can stay in the Top 10 for a while...

  20. QUOTE (Rush-O-Matic @ Jun 6 2012, 07:05 AM) Andrew MacNaughtan was only 28? I think he was 48 and that "1984" should be "1964." (John- I'm assuming that's a transcription / scanner error, not a typo on the booklet.) Yep- transcription error. Corrected however. Thanks
  21. My pleasure, all. And for those who missed it, most of the album artwork is also online. Now I just have to LISTEN to the album (but I'm waiting until next week)
  22. Spoiler alert for those waiting until next week... You can now see the complete CD liner notes -- and lyrics from each track -- at this LINK. Enjoy-
