TheRocinanteKid Posted May 14, 2008 Share Posted May 14, 2008 Okay, I was a little bored earlier today so I went ahead and recorded The Spirit Of Radio; Excuses For The Horrible Recording You Are About To Hear 1. I didn't blow my nose before recording 2. I wanted to cough loudly throughout the entire thing 3. At times it may sound like I want to laugh; I do 4. The Spirit Of Radio certainly wouldn't have been my first choice to sing 5. Bad quality recording equipment, I should have used my camera and YouTube 6. It sounds like I'm really struggling on the choruses; I am 7. I completely lose it on the "Reggae" section 8. I was silently playing bass throughout the whole recording, which throws me off a little Okay... You should totally feel better than me because whereas you were clearly messing around I was actually trying. But all silly excuses aside I can actually do better than that and have made some recordings as vocalist with my old band that I was quite proud of. It was only $5.99! - I'm not the greatest keyboard player but I enjoy it - My guitar kinda sounds out of tune, the strings need to be changed - One guy playing three guy's parts (Thanks for the inspiration Jordon for the "things to keep in mind" ) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qcYIUlSGhfU I also made my third Rush medley.
