war2112 Posted July 20, 2005 Share Posted July 20, 2005 (edited) I saw this a couple of days ago. It was one of the most artistic movies I have ever seen. I don't mean in a high-brow way; it was just artistic. All but 3 of the characters were computer generated but not in the usual way. It's difficult to explain - the animated characters were not anime nor were they the typical CGI. I really don't know what you would call them. The story was way cool even though the execution was a little muddied and incomplete. I would recommend it if you like something different but be prepared, it's WAY different. P.S. It's loosely based on a comic drawn by Enki Balil (who also directed). I have no idea who this person is, but he (she?) does have quite the imagination.
