My New Acoustic cover: Subdivisions, Enjoy!!

A final nice story about this Acoustic version of Subdivisions:

 

Last Thursday I was in Paris to attend a Marillion show (great by the way!) and the opening act was no one else than... Jacob Moon, the incredible guy who did that fantastic rendition of subdivisions on the roof of a building, you must have seen this.

So, the day before the show, I sent Jacob Moon a message on his fb page to ask him to play this song at the show and also sent the link of my own version.

Not only did he play the song as the final one of his set, making a beautiful speech about Rush music before starting to play, but he spotted me in the pit and said in front of the packed house: "I watched your video man, it's fantastic!", I couldn't me more happy !!

I met him again after the show at the Cd stand to buy his album "fascination" (highly recommended, with a great version of limelight too!) and he told me again that he liked my guitar playing and voice, very touching and encouraging coming from such a talented guy!!
