IMO Dell is a little overpriced when you can get reliable hardware cheaper from HP
Based on your needs, not that much muscle would be required. I recommend a quad-core system (dont worry abour it being intel or not, AMD processors are practically identical at less $) with 4GB of RAM. I dont have enough info to assess your hard drive needs, but based on your previous PC, a simple 500GB drive should be fine.
If money is no object, spend a little bit more for a 640, 750, or even 1TB drive.
For graphics, no one brand is better than any other, but capabilities must be paramount. For things like photoshop, a GPU with 1GB should be more than enough.

I met our cool TC, RGLT at Stout NYC for the MSG show. He was a really cool dude, and he talked with me and my dad (I was 18) about the band, and getting me into Rush at a young age. Definitely my pick.
And Hey, he gave us free buttons!

True-story legal drama following Chris Evans (yes, Captain America) as a drug-addicted lawyer taking on a medical case involving a nurse stuck by a needle accidentally.

Ordered an airsoft Heckler & Koch USP Match online. Arriving around 9/14.
I'm only 18 and don't have a license to own or carry, so none of the good stuff.

The black component attached to the end of the slide may look like a compensator, but it is simply a weight to reduce recoil. Matches were discontinued in 1999. They were primarily popular for competition shooting. Chambered in 9mm, .40S&W, and .45ACP
